Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is an investment to help entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunity by providing greater access to education, capital and business support services. To date, more than 10,000 business owners have graduated from the program across all 50 states in the US, Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. The program gets capital in the hands of  small businesses through lending partnerships with Community Development Financial Institutions (“CDFls”) and other mission-driven lenders, who have long track records of reaching small businesses often underserved by the traditional banking system.

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport would like to introduce you to Community Reinvestment Fund, USA (CRF) and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses as they are working together to provide Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans to small businesses

CRF is a mission-driven, national nonprofit lender committed to helping organizations access responsible, sustainable capital.

If you did not receive a PPP loan in 2020, you can apply for a First Draw PPP loan this round. If you already received a PPP loan, you may be eligible for a second PPP loan called a “Second Draw”.

Recently published Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQ”) from the Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) on the Airport Coronavirus Response Grant Program (“ACRGP”) suggests that applying for or receiving a second-draw PPP loan will disqualify airport concessionaires from receiving rent relief or minimum annual guarantee (“MAG”) relief via their host airport through the ACRGP. The FAQ suggests that the same concern likely does not apply to first-draw PPP borrowers who do not apply for or receive a second-draw PPP loan. Prospective concessionaires are encouraged to consult their legal and financial advisers. Goldman Sachs and CRF are not providing legal or tax advice.
